New section "Israelsdorf"

There is a new section on the website of the artists' colony: Israelsdorf!

The smokehouse and the shepherd's pond (photo), cows in the pasture, the old forest ranger's office, the historic country house, the Schlözervilla, and much more: Israelsdorf was once considered the most beautiful village near and far. No wonder that the artists also stopped here when they visited the fishing village.

The neighboring town of Gothmund offered the artists an attractive artistic place to stay with many rural motifs. In addition, the painters liked to live in the village (e.g. near Luer) and went to nearby Gothmund to paint.
